A description of the work VanHouten's Landscaping does, examples of jobs already finished, and a way to get in touch. Using it means accepting what is on this page.

Nothing on this site is a price or an offer. Every job is different, and the only number that counts is one we have put in writing for your property after seeing it.

Sending the contact form does not book anything and does not create a contract. It starts a conversation.

The job photographs are of work we did, on real properties, with the owner's permission to show them. They are there to show what the work looks like, not to promise your job will look the same. Sites differ, and so do budgets.

Photographs and text on this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them as though they were your own work.

We try to keep this site correct and current, and sometimes it will be neither. Service areas, availability and the kinds of work we take on all change. If something matters to your decision, ask us rather than relying on the page.

Do not send anything through the contact form that is not yours to send, and do not send anything unlawful. By sending photographs you confirm you are entitled to share them with us.

We may decline work for any lawful reason.

This website is provided as it is. We are not liable for a loss that comes from relying on something written here, as distinct from the work we actually carry out, which is covered by the agreement for that work.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Michigan.
